Privacy, in plain language

Short version: I collect as little as possible, I use it only to reply to you, and I don't track you. Longer version below.

What the contact form collects
Your name, your email address, your message, and, if you choose to answer, how you found me. Nothing else.
Please don't share detailed health information in the form. We can talk about that in person.
Why I collect it
I use your details to read your enquiry, reply and discuss possible sessions. For enquiries about working together, the legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). For other correspondence, it is my legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to me (Art. 6(1)(f)).
I will never sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a newsletter.
How long I keep it
I delete contact-form enquiries from my inbox and Formspree within six months of our last exchange. If we start working together, I'll explain separately how I handle session records and any records that must be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
Who else sees it
Formspree (formspree.io) processes and stores contact-form submissions and delivers them to my email provider. These services may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Cookies and tracking
I don't use contact-form details to track you or for advertising. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers and shares technical information such as your IP address. Your rights
You can ask me to see, correct or delete your data, to limit how I use it, or to receive a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. Just email me.
If you think I've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (cnpd.pt).
